CBC has natural/man-made water sources in the form of ‘tobas’ which store accumulated rainwater in monsoons to sustain a variety of species round the year. These water sources are periodically desilted to maintain their capacity however, in extreme conditions like imminent drought, some are recharged through Houbara Foundation water bowsers with canal water from available irrigation channels.
