Birds
A wide range of Birds that have taken to CBC as their permanent abode has been a striking feature of this conservation endeavour. Besides Asian Houbara, one is treated to sightings of several rare species, e.g. Yellow-footed Green Pigeon, Eurasian Stone Curlew, Long-eared Owl, Eurasian Golden Oriole, Oriental Magpie-Robin, Purple Sunbird, Crested Lark and Brahmini/Rosy Starlings (especially when flying in numbers to search for food at dawn and return at dusk). To observe them engrossed in their chores without let or hindrance is a fascinating experience for nature enthusiasts.
